Fast Tool Selection for your

Workpiece Material

Selecting the optimum tool for your application
sp3 offers DIAbide diamond tools in different Material Application Codes, to maximize performance for specific materials and machining operations. For a complete listing refer to the MAC Overview.
To determine the tool best suited to your application, refer to the table and column that matches your workpiece material. Select your desired machining operation and click on the square corresponding to the material. This will take you directly to the tools available. For example, for Graphite and Drilling, the selection is MAC 5. In some cases there are alternate choices. For example, Filled Plastics and Drilling gives you the choice of MAC 5 or MAC 7.
(No means the material and/or operation is not suitable for diamond tools.)
