Overview

  sp3's premium line of moldmills feature tight tool tolerances for consistent, accurate performance.

The precision moldmills are available in:
• Standard length, fractional inch diameters from 1/64" to 1/2"
• Long reach, relieved shank, in fractional inch diameters from 1/64" to 1/4"
• Long reach, relieved shank, in metric diameters of 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 mm.

Square end and ball end styles are available for each diameter.
Square end with corner radius styles are available for certain diameters. Square ends with non-standard corner radii are available on special order; consult sp3.

Selecting the optimum tool
sp3 DIAbide tools are available in different Material Application Codes, to maximize performance for specific materials and machining operations. Refer to the MAC page.
